All Year 6 children recently took part in the 2020 Primary Maths Challenge. The Primary Mathematics Challenge is a fun and exciting mathematical Challenge aimed at pupils in years 5 and 6 England and Wales.

The Primary Maths Challenge is designed to make pupils think outside the box. The questions asked are not necessarily subjects that have been covered in the curriculum by this time but the questions can create a great starting point and lead to discussions later in the year. The questions are not heavily reliant on formal mathematical knowledge, but can be solved by logical reasoning. You can look at example questions on their website: https://www.primarymathschallenge.org.uk/

We are pleased to announce the winners of the gold, bronze and silver certificates below. Congratulations to the winners and well done to all of Year 6 for taking part and showing such resilience throughout.
