Chantry Mini Police really enjoyed travelling in the police riot van as they visited Bedlington Police Station to find out more about their new role. They were in for a shock when Mr Johnson was arrested by Police Officers Dave & Ed, put in handcuffs and locked in the police cell! They were told lots of interesting facts about what would happen if this were for real! They were shown around the custody suite before meeting a range of people who work in the station and keep us safe in our communities. They would like to thank Police Officers Dave & Ed for organising the morning and are looking forward to their next deployment on Saturday 17th November at the Switching On of the Christmas Lights in Morpeth Town Centre. Look out for them there!
