Some Year 8s are currently in France on the Ski Trip! They left on the 10th March, heading to Newcastle Airport for an early start.

The first session was on Sunday morning. They had a successful lesson and then went back to the hotel for lunch before spending the afternoon on the slopes.

The next day, they woke up to a very snowy morning. They had good fun in the morning and in the afternoon the snow stopped and conditions were much better. After a tiring but fun session, they had games to look forward to!

On March 13th, two students were nominated to wear bat helmets for the day; they were Nathan and Kelsey and they wore them on Monday and Tuesday.

On Tuesday night, they had great fun bum boarding which means sliding down the slopes without any skis!

On Wednesday morning, the weather cleared up and looked much better than earlier in the week. They had a great day on the slopes, making the most of the sun and the ski lifts were very busy with excited skiers.

After a great day of skiing in the sun, they had a fun karaoke night in the hotel!
