As part of our language day celebrations, we ran a competition for pupils to link a language fact to a teacher.  How many of you knew Mr Ord had an A level in French or that Mr Hutch could speak German? Were you aware that Mr Shields has Portuguese relatives, Madame Brown used to live in Austria and Señora Said’s grandad is Arabic?  Well, Hayden and Ruby in Y8 made it their mission to find out. Congrats to the pair who scored a full house of answers. They said “It was such an interesting challenge to do as we found out things we never knew about people we have known for years!”
