A huge thank you to David Bittlestone, Culinary Programmes Manager for Compass Group, who came into school to mentor Ella Riches ahead of her representing Newcastle and Northumberland at the Regional Final of Future Chef 2016.

David thought the dishes Ella made for the last stage of the competition were so good, they just needed to be tweaked and refined.
